Our Quality department ensures a high level of control over the products supplied; we pay particular attention to ensuring that all our parts are rigorously checked in order to meet specific requirements and standards.  All our control and traceability procedures are perfectly established.

Design Office

The Group’s engineering team brings its expertise from the design of your project.

 

Mastering the CATIA V5© software, our designers design your technical parts from a specifications and/or a client environment.

 

Our design office provides the following services:

Prototyping

Models

These parts from 3D printers in stereolithography, laser sintering, Multijets or wire deposits are used to validate the shapes and bulk but also some functional tests.

Prototype molds

For quantities up to 5,000 pieces, the prototype mold allows rapid validation of material, design and functional aspect for a competitive production cost.

The prototype production takes into account the constraints of industrialization in order to guarantee the quality and repeatability of the parts.

The parts will be injected in «good material» and will be a faithful representation of your final parts. The technical characteristics are thus preserved.
Prototypes can be preceded by rheological studies in order to support technical choices of material, mold design and integrity of the molded parts.

Plastic Injection 

Plastic injection makes it possible to produce plastic parts in a single operation.


This process is particularly suitable for medium and large series productions.

Injection process: the material beads are melted then injected under pressure into the hollow cavities of the molds. The result is full parts in the shape of the mold.

The mold is then cooled to solidify the material allowing the release of the finished part.
The part is then ejected from the mold.

Assembly

We establish the specifications in partnership with local manufacturers to assemble the most complex parts on automated lines. The objective being to assemble, weld, bond and control at high speeds while managing the production cost.

These machines also allow the quality control of assembled parts.
 

Projects integrating AI

Thanks to the use of solutions based on artificial intelligence, we manage our plastic injection projects in a more precise and reactive way.

 

AI analyzes in real time the data related to deadlines, costs, resources and technical constraints, allowing optimized planning and better anticipation of risks.

This intelligent management ensures the respect of schedules, smooth communication and effective coordination between technical, production and quality teams.
