Our Quality department ensures a high level of control over the products supplied; we pay particular attention to ensuring that all our parts are rigorously checked in order to meet specific requirements and standards. All our control and traceability procedures are perfectly established.
Relying on the Group’s Design Office and laboratory, we are proud to work for prestigious regional and national clients.
Infrastructures
The machine park includes 24 injection molding machines in our 3000 m2 workshop.
These presses are part of an environmental approach as they reduce our annual electricity consumption by nearly 30%.
The majority of our presses are equipped with Cartesian robots but also with production peripherals such as mats, desiccators, thermoregulators, hot block controllers ...
We have equipped our quality department, in addition to the conventional measuring instruments, with a high-precision 3D video-probe machine.
We also have a fully robotic palletizer.

Created ten years ago, the RMT Group acquired the company ATP in 2019 and then the company BVI in 2024, two heavyweight companies from the plastics industry of the West of France.
In a single decade, the SME created by Olivier Maliska and Hervé Runarvot has shown great growth.
