The plastics used in our workshops
As part of our plastic injection activity, we work with a wide range of thermoplastic materials to meet the technical, aesthetic and regulatory requirements of each project. The choice of plastic material is a key step to ensure the performance, durability and conformity of the injected parts.
Polypropylene (PP)
Polypropylene (PP) is a plastic material widely used in plastic injection for its lightness, chemical resistance and good fatigue resistance. It is ideal for technical parts, packaging, industrial components and products intended for food contact.
Polyethylene (PE – PEHD / LDPE)
Polyethylene, whether high density (HDPE) or low density (LDPE), is known for its impact resistance, its insensitivity to moisture and its flexibility. It is frequently used for injected parts requiring good robustness and a long service life.
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
ABS is a technical plastic material highly appreciated in plastic injection for its mechanical resistance, its excellent surface finish and its ease of implementation. It is perfectly suitable for visible parts, housings, electronic components and consumer products.
Polyamide (PA – Nylon)
Polyamide (PA), also called nylon, is used for applications requiring high mechanical strength, good temperature resistance and excellent wear resistance. It is often reinforced with fiberglass for demanding technical parts.
Polycarbonate (PC)
Polycarbonate is distinguished by its transparency, impact resistance and dimensional stability. It is ideal for injected parts requiring both robustness and optical quality, particularly in the industrial, medical and electronic sectors.
Technical and specific plastics
We also implement technical plastics such as POM, PMMA, PBT, PPS or filled materials (glass fibers, mineral fillers). These materials allow meeting specific constraints: thermal resistance, dimensional accuracy, electrical insulation or aggressive chemical environment.
Recycled and eco-friendly materials
In a sustainable development approach, we propose the use of recycled or bio-based plastics, compatible with industrial plastic injection processes. This approach allows reducing the environmental footprint while maintaining high technical performance.
Support in the choice of subjects
Thanks to our expertise in plastic injection, we support our clients in choosing the most suitable plastic material, according to technical, regulatory and economic constraints. Each project is subject to a personalized study in order to optimize the quality and cost of production.
